Warranty Information

Terms and Conditions

1. The warranty applies only to the products carried or distributed by VillMan Computer Systems, Inc. (VCSU) Through Manufacturer’s warranty, unless otherwise stated.
2. Items purchased from shop.villman.com are warranted from date of purchase for a period of twelve (12) months, or depending on the warranty terms agreed upon at the front side of the receipt.
3. Within the warranty period, all defective items bought from shop.villman.com will be directed to Manufacturer’s (e.g. Acer, Asus, Dell, HP, Lenovo) authorized service center.
4. Consumables and/or accessories are not covered by the shop.villman.com warranty (e.g. mouse, ink cartridges, ribbons, toners, bundled items/freebies etc.)
5. The warranty on computer item(s) does not include software or virus problems. shop.villman.com is not responsible for loss of program or data stored on hard disk drives. The customer is responsible for backing up all data before requesting for warranty service.
6. The warranty is void:
1. If the item(s) has been damaged brought about by accident, misuse, misapplication, or any abnormal causes (e.g. animal bites or wastes, use of wrong voltage, damages cause by non-original consumable, damages caused by fire, floods, earthquakes, and other incidental events.)
2. If the Manufacturer’s warranty seal(s) of the item(s) has been tampered with or altered in any way.
3. If the product serial number has been altered, defaced, removed, or tampered in any way.
4. if repaired or serviced by unauthorized service center/s.
5. If repaired or serviced by unauthorized person/s.
7. Void warranty will be determined by the authorized service center.
8. Warranty is valid for original purchasers only.
9. Warranty will not be extended or reset after claiming.
10. shop.villman.com will not pay any freight charges. All items should be checked-in or sent to the authorized service center.
    
    

Warranty Limitations

The warranty set forth is exclusive and no other warranty, whether written or oral, is expressed or implied.

VillMan only serves as a bridge to the manufacturer and authorized service centers, and is not liable for delays in releasing warranted items.
VillMan is not liable for any loss or damage of any item(s) checked-in at authorized service centers.

VillMan will not be held liable for units seized or confiscated by authorities due to unlicensed software.
